I was able to use the roll on biofreeze to lessen my pain and allow myself to stretch. I applied it several times a day because the warming sensation decreased my pain in order to make it tolerable. The best part about the roll on vs the ointment is it doesn't get on your hands and burn your eyes!

I have tried other products but this one works better than any others! Just roll on a little and rub in and pain is gone! There is a little menthol, eucalyptus fragrance but not to overpowering. Anyway, I tried this roll on pain relief from Biofreeze, and it is fantastic! I absolutely love that I don’t have to get the product on my hands when I apply it. I can grab it off the table, roll it on, and carry on. No need to wash my hands several times to try to remove a greasy cream. The product also doesn’t have a strong smell. It does smell like menthol, but it is much less noticeable in the bottle than many other pain creams, and not at all detectable once it is applied. I also like that it goes on clear and dries fast. Oh, and most importantly, it really worked on the pain! I’m sold! I will definitely be buying this again when this bottle runs out. Actually I might even buy a second bottle to keep in my purse!
