[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bio freeze roll on pain relief is a convenient effective product for muscle pain relief. As someone who suffers from alit of joint/ muscle pain, it’s nice to have a roll on product. It’s easy to use and a lot less messy than creams in tubes.

I recently tried this roll on pain relief gel by Biofreeze and it absolutely does help with the arm pain! The active ingredient is Menthol USP 4%. It provides temporary relief from minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backache, strains and sprains. For adults and children 2 years and older. Roll is thin film on the affected area. I love the roll on application and you don’t even have to rub the medication in. You can use it up to 4 times a day. It actually does seem to freeze the pain away! This is now my go to pain relief roll on!

I like how it glides on and it has a nice cooling effect on my skin. It really does help with any area of pain. It does take the pain away and is better than anything I have ever used before.

I don't like creams or jells that I have to use my hands. This roll on is my favorite for sore muscles.
