It is very effective for my sore muscles. Have been using Bio Freeze for years, the addition of a roll-on application is greatly appreciated, as it makes the application so much simpler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a big guy - 250+ pounds. But I also run to stay in shape. And after a tough run this stuff is magic on the knees. A couple sprays per knee and it doesn’t hurt nearly as much. The icy cold numbs it and really works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to ease some back pain for myself and for my wife to use after weight training sessions. She found it more effective than I and perhaps it is because it soothes muscles more than back issues, which could be more nerve related. The cooling feature is very potent but for my back issues, it was more of a distracting sensation rather than a soothing one. Again, this could be a result of not being an appropriate product for nerve issues like sciatica and more for soothing sore muscles, which would be why my wife found it to ease her pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Biofreeze cool the pain roll on works incredibly well! I have tried so many different creams, and gels, but none of them compare to this one. I feel the relief almost instantly with this one. It has 5 percent menthol, and is good for minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with arthritis, backache, strains, and sprains. I have a lot of discomfort, and pain in my back, and shoulders, and this has seemed to work wonders so far. My wife also has a lot of pains in her back, and stomach, and this has also worked terrific for her as well! This feels like a gel like consistency, but it's not sticky at all, and dries right down. Another thing I really like with this is, I don't have to get it all over my hands. That's one thing I don't care for is the feel of pain relief creams, and gels on my hands. With this I don't have to worry about that, it just rolls right on, super easily at that. Lastly, this can be used for kids as well, over the age of 2. That I absolutely love because kids also experience sprains, strains, and pain and most of the time they are to young to use other pain reliefs like this. So that's also a huge plus with having two boys that play rough. This can be applied 4 times a day, but no more. Overall, it works wonders, and is a must have!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having neck pain from a pinched nerve and although I'm in Therapy twice a week in the morning by the time the evening comes around I'm in pain again, love that i can lay on my side roll this on my neck by myself and don't get my hands all messy or have it leak all over my pillow, within minutes the cool feeling takes over and eases the pain, used it on my wrist as well when the rain was coming and my arthritis started acting up, love to inhale deeply and clear my sinuses a bit too
