I've used on my knees for minor pain, Used on my feet when they hurt from too much exercise. The other day I had a bump on my arm and rolled it on area so far works great.

I have found biofreeze products are the best out there, superior to the well-known 's-pas' (can I say that?) products. this little roll-on is so convenient. I keep it in my purse and use daily before putting my knee sleeves on. not greasy, dries fast, and provides immediate pain relief. would recommend biofreeze products to anyone with painful muscles or joints, can't do without it!

Being a retired firefighter with years of wear and tear on my body, I have a myriad of ailments. The most prevalent is neck and back pain just about daily. Physical therapy helps however it's not available daily. The Bio Freeze helps fill in the gaps. The good. Being in roll on form it seems like more of the product is not only available for use, but you are also able to pin point the exact area of pain. With in just a couple of minutes the pain has begun to subside and I actually feel much more mobile. The bad. The menthol or active freeze ingredient seems to be just a tad bit strong for my skin. After a little more research there seems to be products with a little milder concentration. I will give those a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the Biofreeze in the Roll-on form because it is so convenient to just roll over your sore spots, never have to get the Biofreeze on your hands, and you can carry it with you anywhere. It rolls on easy and begins to work to relieve pain nearly instantly and gives me long lasting relief which I need to get through the day. The quality can't be beat and it smells great, too.

It does give a cooling affect but really does not target the pain areas and the spot as an Ice and heat would do. It temporarily relives pain but that is because it just numbs the area for a bit ( maybe 15-20mins)

It seems to penetrate the pain area of muscles and joints with a cooling sensation. The roll on is very easy to use! It is helpful on the back as well! I definitely would recommend it!

I thought I could avoid it by just having a healthy lifestyle, but I couldn’t. I applied this to my neck and it’s like there never were any problems. When Biofreeze penetrates my skin, it seems to target the pain like no other cream seems to have done. This does wonders for me to relieve pressure and pain. It is so convenient and is rightly priced. Definitely recommend for how effective it is and it may relieve your pain as well!
