Use once and lasts for days in my opinion and I have a pretty bad shoulder injury. I first purchased this at another retailer for one bottle at $11 so this 2 pack is a good deal! My husband was hit by a car and this was prescribed by the Doctor and I always remembered how well it worked and years later I buy it again as a non prescription item.
