I really liked the roll-on because it keeps your hands dry, and you don’t have to worry about touching your eyes after using it!! The only down fall I see is that it dispenses quite a bit, and I seem to be using it quite quickly.

It's very simple to use with just rolling it in circles around the area of pain and massage throughly. Is not messy or sticky. Can be used for children's 2 years and older and for adults.

It doesn’t take the pain of my sore muscles away but makes it less noticeable. That said, it actually feels best on my painful arthritis swollen finger joints/ knuckles - especially sore now that weather is turning damp and cool. It’s really nice the gel is a roll-on so you don’t have to get it all over your hands when applying. The roll-on also makes it easier for someone else to apply it to my back and shoulder areas which are harder for me to reach by myself. If you have minor aches and pains and particularly arthritic joints, this product can help.

The guy I use also has trainers and one of them suggested the BioFreeze a product they sold. I purchased one for my wife and she was so happy with the overnight pain relief. After applying biofreeze to those areas, the pain is relieved fairly quickly. I enjoy the cooling effect, and although the scent of menthol (that’s the best description I could think of) is initially strong, it doesn’t bother me in the slightest once I feel my pain start to ease. I love that it’s in a roll-on bottle, because I can literally apply it anywhere (within seconds), and keep on moving. There is no pain from the cooling effect, and it’s truly does ease my pain, so I’m very happy with the product!
