However, the gel you rub on just gets your hands so messy and the spray gets all over too. This roll on gel is definitely the best as far as mess and convenience goes. It’s also a lot easier to use when using it on yourself.

I use this for joint pain in my knees and for lower back pain relief. The menthol scent in this product is not too overwhelming. Pain relief is fairly immediate.

Works the same on the pain but with the roll on you don’t get your hands dirty.
