At my age its a rare day that something doesn't ache and using the roll-on is so easy and no mess. My neck has been stiff and painful for the past week and Biofreeze has really helped. It cools the area immediately and helps to relieve the stiffness and pain.

And if you've tried the squeeze out kind you know that even after you try to wash your hands it still lingers. It smells strongly of almost vicks mixed with spearmint, but works to help relax sore muscles.

No messy oil or cream left on your hands after applying on your skin. Second, it has a nice cooling sensation while applying to the area needed for pain relief. Lastly, it has a long lasting pain relief that is not over powered by a extremely strong menthol scent. If fact, I don't mind the scent at all!
