[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this for some back pain at first. Started off ok but lasted 2 minutes before pain came back. Tried to use on back of neck nothing. It needs some work to be able to hold pain off longer and work in more places.

The Biofreeze is very easy to use both at home and on the go. The initial sensation is cooling, than after a few minutes it relieves my back pain. I'm a fan of this product.

It heats up in less than a minute and then cools off, but it does not last very long. It rolls on easy and does not have an overwhelming menthol smell. Just disappointed that the pain relief did not last.

I experience a high level of osteoarthritc pain in my right knee every day so I decided to try this roll on. Very easy to apply and non greasy. It didn't completely eliminate all the pain I feel but it did take the edge off and reduced the level of pain I have. Definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got a ankle pain ,but not from any injury , as i cannot sit for longer on that ankle downside, it starts discomforting alot so i get this biofreeze pain relief roll on -green, i thought it can easy to apply and give more comfort to my pain but it just numb the portion for few minutes and nothing elses so i am not satisfied with this high end pain relief.

Also, the roll-on is easier to use for easy to reach large areas. I would not recommend for an area you cannot reach properly or need more precise rubbing like your fingers then a gel maybe better. The great thing is there is no mess on your hands.

I highly recommend getting the roll-on style vs the tube. As far as the product, I love it! The gel provides a cooling relief right away and really helps with sore muscles.
