This roll on is so easy to use myself instead of having to ask my husband to put biofreeze on for me. I love it and I find myself using it as my go to when I’m having back pains now instead of having to take Tylenol.

Its a nice little applicator. the menthol smell is strong but the relief I get is an acceptable trade off.

I’ve used Biofreeze products for decades since my physical therapist recommended it but the scent was overpowering and it really stuck to my hands. The roll-on applicator makes it easy to apply with zero mess. The right amount of product is applied and you can cover the area with clothing immediately as it is not sticky at all. Rollerball is very helpful on finding tight, sore areas and you’re able to roll it over and release some of the tension as well. The cool yet heating sensation continues to increase once applied. Scent is not as strong as other forms of Biofreeze products.

The Biofreeze Pain Relief was recommended to me by my brother, this product works great, finally, a complete nights sleep. I mainly use it on the small of my back, works fast. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is into any sports or activities that cause sore muscles or muscle pain.

I generally dislike getting stuff on my hands or fingers when I need to put on sunscreen, etc., so it's good to have an option that rolls on this way. It's been great for some of my running-related aches. The smell is a little wintergreeny for my taste, but that's kind of what you expect, I guess!

Contrary to what they say, it has a VERY strong menthol smell. I found some mild cooling relief when applied, but it does go on rather lumpy and is sticky on your skin.

This roll-on stick is ok but is only 5% menthol, which is the primary ingredient. Such low concentration doesn't provide the immediate relief that a jar of cream, which contains 10% menthol, does. Still, I think this a decent product to carry around in a purse or backpack.
