I use after rolling my muscles out and it helps the recovery process and I'm less sore the next day after runs. It's a pretty intense feeling and I would be cautious of putting on sensitive areas, but so far have had no issues!

Contrary to what they say, it has a VERY strong menthol smell. I found some mild cooling relief when applied, but it does go on rather lumpy and is sticky on your skin.

Bio freeze has always been a household staple for minor aches and sore muscles, great for elderly or a young athlete!
