[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biofreeze is amazing! Both of my parents have arthritis and now I have it. The arthritis is not so much on my hands but is deep inside the joints on my shoulders. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I can’t get out of bed. When Biofreeze penetrates my skin, it seems to target the pain in a way no other pain relief ointments or other forms of medication does. It is so hard to find products that actually do what it claims. The bottom line is Biofreeze actually works.

It did roll on very coolly but I never felt any relief. The second time I used it it worked well. The third time I didn't feel any relief. All the times I used it, it was for my back. The problem is it hasn't been consistent for me. The scent is really strong and disappears in a couple of minutes. I'm on the fence about recommending this product. Like I stated it has been inconsistent for me.

But these last few weeks I’ve been feeling a bit of pain probably from doing the holiday preparations. I was happy to try the BioFreeze roll on hoping that it would help. The roll on goes on easily and the scent is not at all strong. It does provide a cooling affect but only provides minimal relief. Also, it is not very long lasting; an hour or two after applying it the effects are nonexistent. Not a very high recommendation.

I use after rolling my muscles out and it helps the recovery process and I'm less sore the next day after runs. It's a pretty intense feeling and I would be cautious of putting on sensitive areas, but so far have had no issues!
