Yes, I sound a bit surprised because I was skeptical until I used it on some lower back pain that I occasionally have. After rolling it on my skin near the pain, the pain subsided within minutes and essentially went away for hours. It was great! I expected a smell (like that Icy Hot I used to use back in the day) but it was effectively oder free and not sticky.

Always heard great things so when I started having some back and knee pain I decided to try it. I usually aren't a fan of a cooling or tingly feeling in muscle rub. But with it's lightweight formula that rolls on, it just is miles away from any other big name muscle rubs. It's not uncomfortable feeling it's insane how it just helps. I had been losing sleep and I have not woken up from my leg and knee pain one time since I got it. I went and got my mom some because she has a lot of pain and was the one that liked this product and had suggested it to me in the first place. She said she had always grabbed this in front of any other. Well she was won over all over again. She hasn't needed it in a while and said it worked better than before and we will always keep this on hand. It really helps with neck, back, shoulder, low back and knee pain.
