Pain subsides quickly after application, the only thing I did not like was that the liquid was leaking out of the roll top which made it messy and also the smell was a little to strong for myself.........Other than that it works great.

I’ve tried other creams and sprays to help relieve the soreness but they offer little relief and leave a very oily residue. Bio freeze pain relief roll on offers relief almost immediately after applying it. It offers a comfortable cooling effect that targets the muscle soreness. Best part, it dries nicely and no oily or sticky residue!! Highly recommend!

The roll-on makes applying mess free, it applies as an invisible gel that quickly penetrates they skin and targeting pain. I have horrible joint pain in my hands and this started working within minutes to soothe away the ache and stiffness. Within a minute you begin to feel a cool tingling sensation and then a penetrating warmth. It has a menthol scent that quickly dissipated. It kept my hands pain free for several hours, this is now go to pain reliever for arthritis pain- great product that really works!

This one is still easy to apply the roll on makes that part painless and easy with zero mess. Definitely a starter for new to the product people, but definitely not as strong as my other roll on.

I like the concept of a roll on so I can keep the product off of my hands for application, however, the gel doesn't go on as lightly or evenly as I hoped so I do end up having to smooth it out and rub it in with my hands. It does provide pain relief for several hours after application but could stand a bit more improvement on the consistency and applicator.

I was really afraid that it would be real cold on the skin, but it didn't feel that bad. However, it also did not give me any relief to my pain.
