I have pulled a muscle in my neck/shoulders and have been icing and taking pain relief and it still hurts nearly constantly. I used this and it works! Works better than ice for sure. It is still sore obviously but I'm no longer in near constant pain. Just roll it on and near instant relief!

This roll on version is the best because you don't have to get your hands on the product and it rolls or glides on very easily. No mess since it dries pretty quickly too.

My daughter uses this during softball games. It's easy to store in her bag and simple for her to grab it and roll it on her arm if she feels like she needs it. She loves the almost immediate relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to to relieve my back pain, aches etc. The roll on is the best because I don’t get my hands covered and it’s easy to store in my gym bag/work bag for a quick use. It really helps with sore muscles! I highly recommend using Biofreeze if you suffer from either chronic or sporadic pain. It consistently relieves my soreness and is both great to use and transport. It works wonders and is not messy and you don't get it on your hands and clothes, great applicator! Would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pain relief roll-on works well at numbing minor aches. It's easy to use and the smell doesn't linger too long on the skin. After rolling it on you may still have to rub it in a little bit with your fingers. It dries down quickly; I didn't notice any sticky residue left behind.

It is very easy to apply in an awkward spot with the roll on ball and has helped reduce the pain in the area. The menthol smell is pleasant but not too strong. Happy with the product.

(Have fibromyalgia, among other ailments and am usually I'm constant pain) Most i have tried just had a minty smell but i genuinely didnt feel any relief. The biofreeze has by far worked the best that I have been able to find. I also enjoy how easy application is and the cooling/tingly feeling that accompanies it.

No joke, it does have menthol in the formulation but it doesn't warm up and sting like other products I've tried on my back, neck, arms or legs. When I first tried this, my back had been hurting for days. I had a very difficult time even trying to stretch my arms and legs out. I didn't know how fast the whole thing worked. Within minutes, my back wasn't super sore and it wasn't feeling like there was a fire on my skin after application. Just comfort. My back was able to finally just relax and I was able to actually get some rest. I am SO glad to have found BioFreeze. This is a life saver.
