I love the cooling effect and ease of use. I keep in my pocketbook so it’s handy whenever there’s a flair up. My daughter is a physical therapist and recommends Bio Freeze. This will be a product I will continue to use on a regular basis.

Don’t apply too much (less is best) I recommend to follow the instructions - apply a THIN layer otherwise it takes longer to dry and there will be a green layer on you.

At my age its a rare day that something doesn't ache and using the roll-on is so easy and no mess. My neck has been stiff and painful for the past week and Biofreeze has really helped. It cools the area immediately and helps to relieve the stiffness and pain.

This product rolls on in a thick gel but it dries quickly and if you bump into a heat source the cooling goes into overdrive. I was a little disappointed that it didn't help my leg pain hardly at all a couple of times but others it worked great. All together I have mixed results with this product though I would recommend it to others.

I have fibromyalgia and severe arthritis along with pain I’m my muscles due to tension flare ups and it is one of the few things that actually help my muscle pain and fibromyalgia pain. I highly recommend Biofreeze pain relief especially if you suffer from chronic pain.
