Well I decided to try Biofreeze in the roll-on green for my hip and knee. I couldn't believe how fast it worked. It felt like I was getting a massage. It works deep down into your muscles. It's Biofreeze for me from now on.

I must say I may never go back to regular ointment out of the bottle. I used this for some discomfort on my calf muscles. The smell is not over powering & it really is soothing. So easy to use.

I tried this and the mentholated cooling feel was nice! Very soothing and helpful. Would not be comfortable wearing out as the fragrance is medicinal to me.

Numbs the pain without any super strong sensations… and my favorite part about the roll on- no mess! Having the roll on feature is something that I find to be extremely convenient. Now, I keep it in my locker and I have it available not only for myself but others. It is now an item that the group has found that provides relief and cools and soothes the needed area. Recommend to others

My back is no longer in pain. I enjoyed that being a rolled on I didn't have a mess on my hands. The formula dried quickly and went to work right away. This is a new addition to my medicine cabinet.

Easy to use bottle. And it like you can feel the heat and ice. Works wonders and quick. Will definitely be getting more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Biofreeze gives you relief for minor aches and pains. It goes on cold but as it seeps in it starts to warm to give relief. The scent can be a little strong to start but it does fade to a lighter scent as you rub it in. If you are a little stiff before to go to workout rub down with this it will help loosen those muscles so you can warm up faster. Also rub down after your workout so as your body cools down you won't be stiff. This rub is good to use on the backs of your calf if you happen to get cramps in your calf. The con about this is you roll it on but you still have to rub it in so it can start to work faster.
