[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a few weeks ago and it is excellent. It dries quickly abs evenly. The lint filter really works well and is very easy to empty. I like the different settings- not too many- just perfect. But my favorite part is that when it’s done drying, it plays a lovely little tune! I highly recommend this LG dryer- at least so far!

I’ve had this dryer for two weeks. I love that it is an energy saver, and I love the countdown feature. However, I have had two washes so far that the sensor said the dryer was done, however, the clothes were damp at the end of the cycle. The dryer was a good value, and I’m sure with a little bit of operator finesse. It will be perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised when I threw in a pair of shorts that were a little damp and after a couple of minutes, the dryer automatically stopped. Great technology to see that it didn't continue running and wasting energy when it didn't have to. Glad I chose the LG dryer this time! were all dry.

I purchased this dryer to match my new washer, which had died after 16 years. The old dryer was the same age. The LG washer and dryer earned high consumer reviews, qualify for my state's tax break on energy-efficient appliances, and do their jobs well. However, even my old, basic dryer had a drum light. Why LG did not include this small but helpful feature is a mystery. Adding an LED light would certainly not compromise the Energy Star rating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has no end of cycle chime or noise of any kind. It also has no light in the dryer drum. Both are truly a big disappointment to me and I’m sure others. I have never owned a dryer that had neither feature! Truly a big disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an absolute wrecked old clunker so my bar was set pretty low. But I'm very pleased with this drier. It's huge and I can't believe how quickly it dries. The sensor programs maybe tend to under-dry a little but we're learning what the best settings are for our needs. It's also really quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with this dryer and the warning feature that indicates when the air flow in the vent pipe is blocked. The air flow indicator is the main reason that I chose this particular model. I know that excess lint in the vent causes many house fires. My previous dryer did not catch a lot of the lint and was a problem with the long distance required for the vent. The first day I used this dryer, it indicated that there was a 90% blockage in the vent, so I stopped using it. Two weeks later, my son-in-law worked on cleaning out the vent for a couple of hours and we finally were able to remove a large clog using a 20 foot hose on my vacuum cleaner! It was not an easy job as there are two 90 degree angles in the vent that goes under the floor then under the adjacent bedroom to the outside wall. Now that the vent is cleared, the dryer is working beautifully, and the lint screen is catching much more lint than my previous dryer. I am very happy that I spent a few extra dollars to get the air flow warning feature on my dryer. On top of that, I love all of the extra settings on this dryer and have used them all! The dryer dries the clothes very quickly and the sensor feature works extremely well and adjusts the drying time as needed. I have actually stood in my laundry room and out of curiosity watched the timer change as the sensor was reading the amount of moisture in the clothing. It works so well! I highly recommend this dryer.

Been using the dryer for several weeks and it’s working perfectly. It is really easy to program the load type and I like the electronic controls. The build quality seems really good. My previous dryer lasted almost 30 years. Doubt this will match that but believe it is a good unit

My sister and I have had this about a month and a half now. We got it after moving to a new apartment. It was such a good decision! My sister and I haven't had any problems. The moisture sensors are amazing at adjusting time (either to add more if the clothes aren't dry or lessening the time if they're drying quickly). I love the dryer so much. Definitely a great investment
