[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as a replacement for our 16 year old dryer and to match the washing machine we bought the day before. The only thing I have an issue with is that the top metal platform is very weak. After two days of owning it we had to get behind it and I placed my hand on the top edge and now there is a dent in it. We could have been one of those customers who saw it was there when opened but I wanted to be honest.

However, having said that, it works well and plays it's little LG song at the end every time! And, oddly enough, I like that, since now both my washer and my dryer play music!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer performs very well. Have used both the sensor and timed settings. With sensor settings, my mattress pad did not dry completely, apparently because the sensor felt that the areas it could "see" were dry, but some interior items were still damp. A few minutes on timed setting completed the drying. We are very happy with the dryer.

I gave my dryer two weeks after realizing it does not dry on the second time using it. The sensor is broken and it stops after 15 minutes with an error playing. I have to only use manual dry and it does not work well. I don’t have time to always reset the dryer ever 30 min. It takes allll day long to dry ONE load and my clothes smell awful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer about a month ago to replace a dryer that was more than 20 years old. I chose this dryer because I had bought an LG top loading washing machine about a year before, and I was very happy with it. This dryer did not disappoint! It works really well on large and varied loads of laundry. It's easy to use, quiet, and gets everything dry.

the dryer was very easy to hook up and use; however it would not start the second time. The warranty rep predicted the problem was the door safety switch based on my information. The repair tech was very prompt and courteous and replaced the switch easily and we have had no further issues with the unit. It is very quiet.

It is also taller and skinnier than my previous model which is really nice as it takes up about 2” less space. It drys a larger capacity in less time. The other thing that is great is that it is super quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dryer to go with this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the LG Dryer DLE700W for about a month. It is easy to use, works well, and has multiple settings for whatever I have washed. And it uses much less electricity than my old dryer. Recommended without hesitation.
