I love this LG electric dryer, it has all the features of a LG front load dryer but smaller since I have limited space in my laundry room. It allows you to set the time, temperature and the dampness you want. It is quiet, you wont here it if you close the laundry room door. It is also very affordable too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am thrilled with this dryer and the warning feature that indicates when the air flow in the vent pipe is blocked. The air flow indicator is the main reason that I chose this particular model. I know that excess lint in the vent causes many house fires. My previous dryer did not catch a lot of the lint and was a problem with the long distance required for the vent. The first day I used this dryer, it indicated that there was a 90% blockage in the vent, so I stopped using it. Two weeks later, my son-in-law worked on cleaning out the vent for a couple of hours and we finally were able to remove a large clog using a 20 foot hose on my vacuum cleaner! It was not an easy job as there are two 90 degree angles in the vent that goes under the floor then under the adjacent bedroom to the outside wall. Now that the vent is cleared, the dryer is working beautifully, and the lint screen is catching much more lint than my previous dryer. I am very happy that I spent a few extra dollars to get the air flow warning feature on my dryer. On top of that, I love all of the extra settings on this dryer and have used them all! The dryer dries the clothes very quickly and the sensor feature works extremely well and adjusts the drying time as needed. I have actually stood in my laundry room and out of curiosity watched the timer change as the sensor was reading the amount of moisture in the clothing. It works so well! I highly recommend this dryer.

It is much quieter than my appliance, dries well even with energy saver mode and is a clean simple exterior design. the lint filter is huge and catches so much more lint it is AMAZING! So happy with that especially in our family with multiple pets - think hair etc.I was looking for an energy rated appliance and this was one of the few items clearly rated as such. I am happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

This is so efficient, and my towels and clothes are softer and cleaner, same detergent pods , and no softener. I love the see through lid so I can check if I need to . My favorite feature is the musical reminder it's done . Yes !!!

This is a beautiful dryer that matches our (very nice) LG washing machine. Unfortunately, it isn't a very good dryer. It's sensor leaves clothes with damp spots, even when the control is set on "very" dry. There is no internal light. Clothes tend to fall out when removed because the door opens to the right (which also makes it hard to move clothes from the washing machine, which is on the right.) And the controls are a pain because they require repeated touch to work.

Since we have only had this dryer since the end of January 2023, an evaluation of long-term reliability is not possible, but we are quite satisfied with the unit thus far. Our laundry room is right off the kitchen, so we really appreciate the fact that it runs so quietly. A few features I would like to mention are the display of minutes left in the cycle, the blocked-vent sensor and reversibility of the door. The dryer offers a wide variety of cycles/settings in order to address the types of items being dried, and the control panel features several cycle-modifier options. However, I found the manual that came with the dryer to be inadequate. The owner’s manual that can be downloaded from the LG website is a much more complete document, and in my opinion, it should have been supplied with the machine. The website manual is an absolute necessity if one is to understand how this dryer actually works. I do need to mention that the instructions for reversing the door are incomplete, but it is fairly easy to figure out how to finish the job. We hope for many years of trouble-free operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always dried my clothes in a cool cycle. Three fourths of clothing labels tell you to do that. It avoids shrinking and keeps clothes nice. Well, it almost seems like low is another word for air only. It usually takes two to three cycles to dry on low. That’s a lot of time! I ended up drying on warm—so far with no problems, but it still concerns me. I also don’t like that some cycles don’t allow me to choose a certain temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been researching washers and dryers for some time now. I decided on the LG from reviews and consumer Reports. So it's working out great. It has all the settings I need and dry's the clothes much faster than my old dyer.

If you're ordering through Sam's Club, good luck trying to actually get your dryer. I've called so many times about getting my delivery scheduled, they've canceled a delivery date I've scheduled 2 different times already and there's no way to contact the warehouse my dryer has been sitting in for over a week now. I wish I could just go pick it up myself and be done with it because this third party scheduling service is beyond frustrating.
