Great technology to see that it didn't continue running and wasting energy when it didn't have to. Glad I chose the LG dryer this time! were all dry.

It works very well and is much more quiet than our old one. Like the happy song it sings at the end of a cycle. Has enough choices for our modest needs. The dryer has no light inside, however, so it's not easy to see - it's only downfall.!

The countdown timer is a plus to let you know what time is left for the articles to be dried. Lint filter is located up front for easy access and cleaning. Controls are easy to understand.

The large size of the dryer makes it easy for me to dry comforters and bedding. I love that the display shows how many minutes are left in a dry cycle which helps me know when to come back and time manage my laundry. Works like a dream and dried my heavyweight towels in half the time. Still learning how to use the dryer and wish the manual that comes with it explained how to use a number of features instead of prompting you to download the manual online and learn from there. Dyer runs quietly and efficiently. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have has this dryer for a couple of weeks now. I love it. It does a great job of drying clothes, but does not over-dry (and so saves energy) when using Energy Saver mode. Fantastic price too. Well worth the money.

However, having said that, it works well and plays it's little LG song at the end every time! And, oddly enough, I like that, since now both my washer and my dryer play music!!

My friend recommended this dryer to me and I love it. It is one of the few energy efficient dryers and when it finishes the cycle, it does not scare you with the sound but chimes nicely. One of my favorite features is the Flow Sense. This sensor will light up if your vent from your dryer is not functioning properly. When I got my new dryer, this sensor lit up prompting me to have my dryer vent ductwork cleaned out. It was loaded with lint which can be very dangerous. It and I are now happy!
