disgusted

I used to buy this all the time until my daughter found a white stringy thing in it!! Looked like a parasite SMH check before eating especially if your kids eat this!!

LOVE THIS SALMON

I buy this wild sockeye salmon all the time and keep in the freezer. Put in cold water for 30 minutes for thawing. Use cast iron pan on stove middle heat till turn gold then put in oven for 4 minutes. It's quick and easy. Like this salmon texture. Not good for grill because wild caught salmon is 20% fat less compared to farm raised.

Too many bones

As others have stated, these filets have far too many bones. I typically rinse off fish for the express purpose of checking for bones but these are embedded inside the filet. Halfway through a filet right now and have already found 4 pin bones. Will not be buying these again.

very good

I like this salmon. The main reason it is wild caught and it doesn't have those bones like in the stores when you buy it fresh. It is a little different frozen but so easy and handy to have on hand when you want a quick meal it is there. Would definitely recommend this product.

Alaskan Sockeye Salmon

We were so disappointed when we sat down to eat our dinner. The Salmon looked and tasted great BUT, with every bite there were so many bones throughout, we were not able to eat it. We tried to eat 2 pieces and ended up throwing out the other 5 pieces because we knew it would be too difficult to eat. Very angry we wasted $23 and are unable to return it because it is all cooked and now in the garbage.

Not the greatest

The first bite or two of this salmon tased OK. However, eventually, it began to taste a little off--not like fresh fish. OK, it's not fresh fish!. So, depending on your expectations, it may be fine. I tossed out half of my first portion, and I'm not sure what I'll so with the rest of the bag. I should have known better, and stuck with the fish monger. So, not the greatest, but my own fault.
