Very disappointed in the flavor of this product. Tastes very fishy! Have been a consistent buyer of the center cut salmon fillets for years. When this was not in the freezer, I bought this substitute item instead. Will not buy again! Hope you bring back the previous salmon product.

This salmon was purchased because they were out of the Member’s Mark. I was not impressed by the thin cut of the salmon or it being skin-on. Not much to work with while trying to remove the skin and it became a mess during cook prep. I do not recommend.

Nothing compares to fresh salmon, but in the past, I have enjoyed Sam's frozen salmon. BUT, this package was really bad... so bad, I don't think I will be eating/fixing salmon for quite some time. The odor was sooo strong, I was unable to take more than several bites... Once thawed and before cooking, the filets appeared artificial - every filet was soggy/limp, and meat was separated... You really let me down, Sam's!!

I would only buy wild caught with no additives for fish. As far as Sam’s goes this is the best frozen fish. Good size portions, roughly 3-4 oz pieces. I cook it in the sous vide then add melted butter, lemon, dill and salt and pepper. I can recommend it, 4 stars because it does smell “fishy” not totally fresh but not bad. In 4 servings so far, I have not encountered a single bone. I will buy it again, good source of protein.

Something has happened, this isn't the quality that we are used to getting at Sam's Club. I have purchased Salmon at Sam's Club for many years, this has changed. It's very, very, very dry no matter how you make it. You get about 5 pieces a bag, so it's not cheap. We actually had 2 bags and they were all the same.

We love salmon, and used to eat the frozen Member's Mark ATLANTIC salmon every week, without fail. However, this new product is not edible. It had a strong, almost foul, taste; and the texture was both tough and rubbery. My husband and I are not picky eaters - nor do we waste expensive meats - so this $22.93 bag of "Alaskan" sockeye salmon ended up being fed to our farm animals.

I would not buy this product again, ever. Paid about $12/pound for this item. Once you open the package you will find 3 pieces of TAIL AND 3 pieces of HEAD only. The most undesirable and cheap portions of a salmon. The picture on the package is miss leading.

I purchased this salmon almost a month ago. I purchased it because it was US Wild-caught Alaskan salmon. However, I would NEVER buy these again. I grilled three pieces and all three had several bones in them. This was being served to a younger grandchild. The label says Boneless. I could overlook A bone, but 15-16 between the three pieces? This was a complete waste of money.

This is the worst fish I have ever had. I used to buy the blue & orange bags of frozen salmon from sams and thought they just had new packaging... nope, this stuff is horrible. The taste and the texture was awful. We cooked it 1 time and gave the rest to the chickens. I will not buy again. But if you are looking for really expensive chicken feed, they seemed to like it :/

Delicious!! I cook on a hot pan with a little olive oil, season both sides with garlic salt and pepper, cook about 5 min each side. It gives it a nice crisp on both sides, and moist on the inside. Then i make a mango salsa and steamed white rice. The whole family enjoys it! And i have a few picky eaters🙂
