These are excellent--smooth, sweet and tart, but at the same time mellow flavor. Blend with pineapple and strawberries for a sweettart smoothie!! Yum!

I prefer to get the gold rather than the green kiwi. They seem to have a sweeter taste. One of these has 13 carbs so if I’ve consumed a lot of carbs in my meal, I will have only one. I prefer two, however, because they are so good!

When Zespri brand, as pictured - they are great. However recent purchases have been a different t brand and have been absolutely terrible - overripe, green, bad tasting.

Omg these are so good. I hope Sam's always carries them because it's impossible to find in any other store in my area! I don't like any other kind of kiwi !

I order gold kiwi from Sam's Club often but the last two orders, it was not the brand pictured and both times, the Kiwi were not gold, over ripe, not good. I would not recommend ordering online unless you have a way to verify that what you will receive is the brand pictured.

This is not a normal golden kiwi that I used to buy. It doesn't taste good. It takes too long to ripe (more than a month) and I checked them daily. When it was ripen, it was too mushy. I noticed these kiwis are imported from Greece, not from Italy or New Zealand as it used to be. Will pay attention for the next purchase.

Wish these were in stock all year round but I guess that's not possible due to seasonality. At first I thought there couldn't possibly be a difference by buying a "name brand" kiwi fruit. But Zespri is hands down the best - especially the gold kiwi. I eat a lot of kiwi because it's good for digestive issues but I have learned to just skip it when Zespri isn't available. Other brand green kiwis often are rock hard and sour and never soften/ripen even when left out for days and end up getting thrown away.
