At my worst, I have been on all liquid diets with Ensure. At my best, I drink it as a supplement for nutrition and calories. On average, I still drink 2-3 Ensures a day. I am so thankful for this product. It has been such a gift to and for my health, and a comfort net when I know I can’t tolerate anything else. Plus- the milk chocolate flavor is DELICIOUS! I buy them weekly I also love the powder form cause you can add like bananas. I'm in love with it. Instead of an energy drink. If you need something cold just freeze them and eat them like that especially in summer time.

I just started the Ensure original about a week or so ago. I was diagnosed with being borderline anemia. My energy levels are better . I would usually not have bowel movements until about 1 and half weeks. Thankful to Ensure, I am having regular bowel movements everyday if not every other day. Constipation is not an issue. I am looking forward to using this product more each day.
