My 90 year old grandmother (living in Bangkok, Thailand) loves this very much since she doesn't want to eat solid foods which made her very weak leading to malnutrition. Cannot take Ensure at night for dinner as the chocolate I guess keeps me awake...So bigger bottles of Ensure maybe last me longer..
