I love the vanilla ensures

I absolutely love the vanilla ensures. I would like to try the banana nut or the pecan flavors but I haven't been able to find them in stores. I haven't received a sample but I purchase the vanilla ensures Religiously! I try to drink one with each meal. I buy the big box again before I run out of them because theyre that good and beneficial!

Wish it had healthier ingredients

I have been buying Ensure for years now and love them! I wish they didn't use seed oils or soy for their protein source. It used to have pea protein not too long ago and now they have added Carageenan to Ensure. Terrible choice!! Not nice to see that. I only say this because I love Ensure and it had helped me through the years, and I would like to see this product improve for it's consumers.

Not as good as the Boost product we wanted. You no longer carry Boost in our local Sam's Club so we ordered it 'on line' the first two times. This time Boost was not even available 'on line' and only option was Ensure. Will probably have to look elsewhere for the product (Boost) we want.

THAT LAST STEP IN DELIVERYIS THE MOST IMPORTANT

This comment is on the Delivery which causes me a lot of problems. I am handicapped and that is why I can no longer visit Sams Club - but delivery can work for me. Unfortunately Sam's doesn't always follow my Delivery Instructions. I have a Historic home, a Row House, in an Urban Area. Fortunately it has a "Vestibule " so deliveries can easily be placed in the Vestibule ....and I always specify that ! But when your delivery is Left outside an the front steps, they are subject to the weather and the “porch Pirates” AND require me to hang onto my Rollator to stand – then lean out the door and try to use my cane to pull in the heavy box of beverage – If I lose balance ,, I take a “header” down five steps to the sidewalk - JUST BECAUSE YOUR DELIVERY PERSON wouldn’t open an door and put the box in the Vestibule! Dont buy this item online from sam's in oxnard

Horrible service and turn around time. It took a week to arrive. No updated item processing and delivery status. It was outsourced to a carrier that sucks. Tried contacting them phone, chat and email and wasnt able to. Their website is horrible and wouldn't show status. Very dissapointed. Item arrived a little past 7 days even though sams said it would arrive within . Never order online again from sams..for mother in law who needed this. Ended up buying this item somewhere else.
