These are good. The vanilla is the best. Watch the expiration date if you don’t drink these every day.

I absolutely love the vanilla ensures. I would like to try the banana nut or the pecan flavors but I haven't been able to find them in stores. I haven't received a sample but I purchase the vanilla ensures Religiously! I try to drink one with each meal. I buy the big box again before I run out of them because theyre that good and beneficial!
