I am almost 90 years old, and it gives me the energy that I need to begin the day. Occasionally I will drink another bottle of Ensure during the day as well. It tastes great.

However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!

I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... So with that being said the ideas of things to make are endless with any of your flavor. So go out and enjoy Ensure!

This product taste good. Be cautious if you have a blood disorder such as hemochromatosis, I had consumed this product because I was hungry with no store available at time . Had blood scheduled 2 days later and showed blood Iron saturation #'s up. I do not eat red meat therefore this had a leading cause for my readings being high.

This has been a life saver for my mom who dipped down to only 114 lbs now back up to 121 as of yesterday!!!!! Thank you so much! I like the Strawberry too but if I had to only pick one it for sure would be Butter Pecan hands down!!! Please never ever discontinue this fabulous flavor because I just don't know what I would do without it!!!
