I highly recommend it. I started drinking it in the hospital after serious surgery. Nurses brought me one or two everyday to supplement my meals.

I don't have anything bad to say about the taste. I keep mine in the refrigerator and can easily grab one on the go. I will be trying the other flavors soon for variety. Her doctor recommended it due to her loosing weight. Her health is not good and she does not get the correct nutrients through the food she eats so the ensure helps.
