We haven't tried all of the flavors because it is a little pricey on our budget. I also wish they would make ensure in a multi-serve glass bottle to keep the nutritional value at a maximum.

I enjoy the rich, dark chocolate flavor. It provides so much great nutrition and also is easily digestible. During a colitis flare, I use Ensure for several days, three times a day and it helps return me to normal. Other days, I have it for dinner and it keeps my weight in check.

While waiting for my new liver I asked my doctor how I could help myself. He replied nutrition, nutrition, nutrition! He ordered Ensure original for me. When I went home I started on my own to keep up with my nutrition. I found the best is refrigerated Ensure original. I like milk chocolate. Needless to say, it worked!
