I am almost 72 years old and still work 40 hours in a warehouse. I pull orders ( some weighting up to 40 pounds and go up and down ladders when necessary. Just after I turned 70 I thought I would need to quit my job as I was always tired . Not anymore! since starting to use Ensure I can work a full day.

Not only does this Ensure drink makes me revitalized but also I feel and look good. At 70 years old, I give back to the community by teaching computer courses in a local college. I needed something that was full of nutrients being that a lot of time he did not feel much like eating breakfast. It was also a great substitute for an evening snack. I have used it with fruits and vegetables when making smoothies. He will readily drink these drinks rather than eat a meal.
