[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that Ensure is a great nutritional supplement to my regular diet. It contains all the vitamins and minerals I need to keep going at full speed. And -- the size is just right, not too large but enough to satisfy. Great stuff!

It is nice to have extra nutrients in other every day foods by using the ensure as a cooking ingredient in all my recipes.

I have been using this product since my doctor recommended it almost 3 years ago after undergoing open heart surgery and losing a lot of weight. My husband is also using it and we love the flavor of the buttered pecan. We use the original because it can get pretty expensive with both of us using it every day

(I’d only seen older people drinking it & I just knew it was disgusting.) I received a case of it & I refrigerated them immediately. The next morning I reluctantly grabbed one & to my surprise it was really really good! I seriously enjoyed it!! I My doctor is pleased now that I’m getting the vitamins/nutrients I need. You lose weight quickly when you’re sick & w/that kind of weight loss your appetite leaves so you don’t want to eat/don’t feel hungry as often as you should. With ensure I can just grab & go...a quick & easy meal. ☺️
