I lost a ton of weight and needed a supplement to my diet, and that’s when I started using Ensure. I needed the protein and the strength that Ensure provides. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not much of a breakfast person, even though I know it is the most important meal of the day. Since I started drinking Ensure in the morning, mixed in the blender with a banana and other fruit that is in season, I realize that I feel much better and am ready for the day. I am a senior and it is really a pain to fix every meal for myself, but Ensure seems to make my system work better, and I truly feel better. Just an added note: My 18 year old Grandson always drinks an Ensure from my refrigerator when he comes to visit.

I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.
