She also drinks it when traveling when she has to take medication and don't want to take it on an empty stomach. This product is great for the elderly when appetites are waning.

The bottle caps and packaging are easy for her to open herself, which was a problem with another brand of nutritional supplement. As a registered nurse, I love that it provides needed protein, vitamins and minerals.

I've tried a few other flavors and vanilla is my favorite but they're all good. It's great to have a variety of flavors so that I never get tired of them! It helps me maintain the weight that I need to stay active and the vitamins and protein to stay healthy. The chemo tolerates the Ensure with no problems and I wouldn't be without it. Few month and started again before my second pregnancy, it also helped me when nursing because sometimes you don’t get to have a complete nutrition.
