I also like butter pecan and chocolate. Food gives me bad stomach pains. Ensure doesn't give. Me stomach pains my Dr says I need to drink more but I can't afford it . Thank you I just wish I could get some donated to me . I can't afford enough to fill me up.

My mother is an ALS warrior who drinks ensure daily she uses the vanilla and the strawberry the chocolate is a little harsh on her stomach. She takes 4 a day thru her feeding tube and has kept her at a good weight. Definetly a life saver and go to product. Easy to open and easy to take ,on the go. Recomend

I have more than a year taking three Ensure as dinner every day. I take them between six and seven in the afternoon. Then I go to sleep at nine o'clock at night and my stomach does not feel full. The effect on my health is very good. I recommend it to many relatives and they also take it, not as much as I do.

My dad, (85 years old) and I drink it everyday, I started drinking first after I got sick and I introduced it to dad after he came to live with me from Japan. Dad is taking painkiller so he does not have any appetite. He refused to eat decent meals so I explained about Ensure to him. Now he drinks Ensure 3 times a day with his small portion of food. I really improved in metabolism and energy. I have tired and like the variety of flavors. I drink it cold, over ice and as a shake.
