AFTER TRYING ENSURE I STARTED TO HAVE MORE STRENGTH AND MORE GET UP AND GO. I CONTINUE TO DRINK ENSURE AND WOULD RECOMMEND IT AND HAVE RECOMMENDED IT. ENSURE IS FLAVORFUL AND DOES NOT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED. I DRINK IT RIGHT OUT OF THE BOTTLE. WHEN I DRINK IT IN THE MORNING I HAVE NO NEED TO EAT BREAKFAST. IN FACT IF I SOMEHOW SKIP A MEAL A CAN OF ENSURE WILL KEEP ME UNTIL THE NEXT MEAL.

Not only does they support boost different organs in the body, ensure provides over 20 nutrients to support the body function and excellent amounts of protein as well.
