I love Ensure, for the taste. I've been drinking it since I was a kid. I don't have any ailments that require that I drink it, and I don't drink it to lose weight. I drink it because it's delicious. The only thing I wish they'd change, is just to add more nutrients to it. More fiber and more protein, mainly. If they did that, I would drink it more often. But as it is now, it's just a treat for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife drinks one bottle of Ensure a day. It gives her lots of engery, and she loves the taste. The contents containe all the things she needs. I (her husband) also drink one bottle every other day as it's good for me.

I have more than a year taking three Ensure as dinner every day. I take them between six and seven in the afternoon. Then I go to sleep at nine o'clock at night and my stomach does not feel full. The effect on my health is very good. I recommend it to many relatives and they also take it, not as much as I do.

I have a bottle every morning for breakfast and have been doing so for a few years. I was in the hospital about 8 months ago and requested Ensure and they gave it to me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the flavor of all the Ensure drinks. I'm 57 years old and when I can afford to purchase I buy. Butter pecan and strawberry . I also love the other essential vitamin's that Ensure has in all of they're drinks.

I started giving my 8 year old girl ensure because of her underweight problems. She gained 2 pounds in less than a month, we were excited for the gain. Her behavior has been bad for a few weeks. We already knew she doesn't tolerate red dye, it never occurred to us that chocolate flavor would have red dye. Very disappointed, because she was finally gaining weight.

After many trial and error this is the only drink he enjoys and request daily. He loves the vanilla flavor and I get a little piece of mind that he’s received some of the nutrition he so desperately needs.
