I am pleased to say that I am a survivor and to this day I continue to take one Ensure every day. My husband has stocked our pantry with Ensure to make sure that I don't run out and I can guarantee that I never will. My favorite flavor is dark chocolate. Thank you for this wonderful produce. I have been using it ever since. I found that it also helps me increase my energy which at my age (74) is very important. I recommend Ensure to anyone that needs a little more energy.

When I was in the hospital for a week after I had my baby, ensure was pretty much the only thing I would eat/drink. The dr said it’s so good for me and to continue drinking it when I got home. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have developed an auto immune decease and had a very hard time maintaining my weight. I started drinking ensure the original in all three flavored. Ensure has allowed me to live a very productive active life and I am again gaining weight. Of course chocolate is my favorite and with all the vitamins and protein l need I am useing two or more a day.

I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.
