I drink it as is or I add vanilla ice cream and make a shake. I've even added to coffee as a creamer and added as to frosting or cake mix! I love to cook and I'm always experimenting..... So with that being said the ideas of things to make are endless with any of your flavor. So go out and enjoy Ensure!

It has a little bit less sugar than ensure plus and really gives me strength, energy, and extra vitamins, minerals, and protein. Being alone and trying to eat properly I decided to try the Ensure, but, changed to the dark chocolate as I favored dark to milk.
