I started losing weight and I remembered I drank Ensure after being hospitalized for a short time to help me get my strength back. I encourage anyone to try Ensure if your appetite is less than what it used to be. I have been drinking Ensure daily for over two weeks and have found my appetite has increased, my energy level is improving and over all I feel better physically. Drinking Ensure daily is helping me physically and mentally because I am less worried about my health and enjoying improved health.

I highly recommend it. I started drinking it in the hospital after serious surgery. Nurses brought me one or two everyday to supplement my meals.
