I have more than a year taking three Ensure as dinner every day. I take them between six and seven in the afternoon. Then I go to sleep at nine o'clock at night and my stomach does not feel full. The effect on my health is very good. I recommend it to many relatives and they also take it, not as much as I do.

I just started the Ensure original about a week or so ago. I was diagnosed with being borderline anemia. My energy levels are better . I would usually not have bowel movements until about 1 and half weeks. Thankful to Ensure, I am having regular bowel movements everyday if not every other day. Constipation is not an issue.
