I started drinking this as a meal replacement because I don't always eat 3 meals a day. I barely eat 1 meal most days and I'm not a big meat eater. Great for those times when sitting down to eat a meal isn’t possible. Usually have one for lunch or whenever I need a pick me up during the day. Recommend it to many people, especially older people who don’t often get the necessary protein and nutrients they need. Have tried many different flavors but still partial to the dark chocolate!

I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.
