My mom got this for my grandma because she was lacking vitamins and was very weak My grandma however has no interest in liquid food so it's been sitting at the back of our fridge I decided to try it and I love it! I often don't eat breakfast until very late because eating too early makes me nauseous Drinking one of these in the morning is easy and I don't have to worry about having a balanced breakfast, it's all there This drink leaves me full and satisfied, it tastes pretty good too even if it is a little chalky in texture I will be buying this more often!

I first drank it with the dentist suggestion and didn't like the taste so since I needed to gain weight he suggested making a milk shake with ice cream and it was delicious. Being 130 lbs at 5'10" tall, I hardly had any weight to lose, especially since I'm one who has a history of seldom becoming hungry and hardly have an appetite at all.
