I have had many spine surgeries, so I often need a food source that does not require preparation, is easy to eat even when I don't feel like eating, and I can stockpile for unexpected times. I would buy the higher protein products if the sweeteners were the same as those in Ensure original, but they are not. Ensure Original has no sucralose, a sweetener I hate and will not buy under any circumstances.
