It taste great and it fills me up with what I need to start the day. I drink one every morning. I've also tried the Vanilla and the Strawberry. I enjoy all of them.

It helped me between breakfast and dinner, not looking for something sweet or heavy during the day. this gave me the sweet taste and satisfied my wanting to eat before dinner.

My mother would like here almost like a slushy. Its like a drink you can savor and take your time with. Now that they are in bottle form, it's more convenient. They love them and enjoy a bottle for a snack or as a meal. My dad loves the vanilla and my mom prefers the vanilla. Cost wise is a bit high but well worth the product. I would not prefer anything else as a nutritional drink besides Ensure. Thank You Ensure.
