I noticed i felt better and had more energy to get my day started.Now my grandson who has severe autism has joined me. He is a extremely picky eater so i have added ensures daily to replace the meals he doesn't get. I highly recommend ensures and it has made a huge difference health wise for me and my grandson.

When I left they had recommended Ensure for me. Ever since then I have been drinking Ensure. I love the taste and its good for me. Its a great way for me to get the extra protein and calories I need without feeling guilty about it.

It has been helpful in weight stability and is a nice chocolatey snack between smaller meals. I'm sure the nutrient level is a benefit as well.

This product, especially vanilla, is delicious and certainly helps with maintaining fluid, hydration and receiving enough protein for me and my love ones. My elderly relatives always makes certain to have Ensure part of their daily intake because of the benefits and the easy digestion, absorption and metabolizing it is for the body.

I highly recommend it. I started drinking it in the hospital after serious surgery. Nurses brought me one or two everyday to supplement my meals.

Our love for ensure started about 12 years ago when he was recovering from a fall that pretty much paralyzed him. It fills me until noon, provides me with the essential nutrients and is also by my bedside table in case I wake up hungry in the night.
