I am so happy to have found the BEST nutritional shake and I truly believe it is helping me through out my weight loss journey. I teach Exercise and Line dancing classes at St. Pete Beach Recreation Center twice a week, and Line Dancing at a Senior Residence, Westminster Palms located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL once a week. I love it and my students worship me. My doctors say to keep it up Carol. I will. The Ensure was a life saver for me. It was the only thing that tasted good and was soothing for my sore mouth. As I recovered, I continued to drink the Ensure. Gradually I was able to introduce food into my diet, but I continue to drink the Ensure for extra nutrition and calories.

My dad had used ensure the last year of his life and it help him to get the vitamins & protein he needed. So when he passed I took his ensure. When I got my throat & stomach problem I started using his ensure. The taste was great I used a straw to drink from and I got the nutrition I need. In October of this year I go in and they check my esophagus &hernia . At the moment I am able to drink the ensure get my nutrition & protein. I will say ensure the strawberry is saving my life. than you for making ensure. this is a God sent and I am going to get better and still keep ensure& drink it always.
