I like the product. I was given Ensure in the hospital when I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I lost a lot of weight & Ensure Plus has helped me to gain some back. I now drink Ensure Orginal, It has less calories & fat. I prefer the vanilla flavor. I drink it everyday. It helps to keep me regular.

I have a permanent health/pain issue and lost over 40 lbs but thanks to the Plus was able to put on weight and felt strong again. I was recently in the hospital after a car accident suffering multiple broken bones. I have ensure in my fridge. The expiration date is a year from now. I shook a bottle before opening it, the seal was not broken. As I was about to take a drink I noticed an orange colored smudge on the mouth of the bottle. It is rust from the metal on the lid. I have tried other brands, even store brands that only attempt to give some version of this product. There is no replacement to match Ensure. My personal preference is Milk Chocolate.
