It tastes great an contains all of the essential nutrients I need. It's actually a very soothing drink that I look forward to each morning. NOT filling but, satisfies my appetite until lunch. Great!

I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.
