Since Ensure is a name that has been around and is a name brand I bought it to drink along with the Max Protein. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the taste and , in fact, now I love it. It's awesome that something that tastes so good, is also so good for you. I drink Ensure plain and also make smoothies with it ; sometimes I mix two flavors (dark chocolate with vanilla or strawberry, for variety). I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, and love drinking my vitamins and protein in Ensure!

Ensure is a staple at her house and has become a major supplement when she doesn't want a full meal. Miraculously she is able to live at home alone, still drives her car, and does her own housework. I'm sure that her daily supplement of Vanilla Ensure has been a major factor in her being able to maintain her activities of daily living.
