[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last 4 years I have had my aortic valve replaced fell and broke my hip 2 years ago and started drinking 1 bottle of Ensure every morning . Today at age 88 I spent the day outside weedy, and transplanting my Peace lily that out grew its container. Had my dinner, showered and went to church. I do have to say I am tired but the Ensure has certainly helped me with my stamina.

Ensure has been a beneficial item that I've enjoyed drinking daily when needed. I've also used the higher protein drink & hope that dark chocolate will become a choice.

I like to keep some of all the flavors on hand so I don't get burned out, but I like butter pecan the best. When I don't drink my Ensure everyday, I lose weight and my teeth and clothes don't fit. It helps me keep up my strength especially when my appetite is not good!"

My Uncle loves the Ensure milkshakes but chocolate is his favorite flavor. People have told us to put ice cream with it and some ice and make him a “true milkshake” and we are like why he loves them just like they are! We give him at least 2 a day to make sure that he is getting the nutrients that his body needs.
