I only eat once a day most of the time. I'll drink a bottle of insure i'am full and have the nut. I need I love the taste of it when it cold just like a good shake. i'am stuck on the one haven tried the others.

I am a two time cancer survivor and also have osteoarthritis. I feel great, however, and do believe that drinking Ensure has contributed to my overall well-being.

I still drink it at breakfast every day and usually mix it half and half with whole milk. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last 4 years I have had my aortic valve replaced fell and broke my hip 2 years ago and started drinking 1 bottle of Ensure every morning . Today at age 88 I spent the day outside weedy, and transplanting my Peace lily that out grew its container. Had my dinner, showered and went to church. I do have to say I am tired but the Ensure has certainly helped me with my stamina.

Love the taste of this product, and the fact that it has less sugar than some other brands. Dark Chocolate is my favorite, but Vanilla and Milk Chocolate are really yummy too.
