He drinks the vanilla, chocolate or strawberry and he says they all taste good. He has also had the Ensure Enlive and Ensure Protein and likes those too. Although I lost 60 pounds within a few months and was dehydrated, my blood work showed I was not malnourished. This was ONLY due to Ensure! Upon drinking it intermittently for a few days I noticed a distinct boost in energy while playing tennis. Discontinuing Ensure noticeably decreased the effect. The high protein does not appear to grant the same benefit, at least in my case. I am a 65 year old man. I would highly recommend trying Ensure.

My dad, (85 years old) and I drink it everyday, I started drinking first after I got sick and I introduced it to dad after he came to live with me from Japan. Unfortunately, i got terribly sick after one shake, it rather triggered my migraine attack and the end was not very comfortable at all. Its amazing at growing muscle but those migraine headache sufferers out there, its too dangerous perhaps due to the artificial sweetener thats a trigger if not for that id be on this ensure everyday
