I have been drinking Ensure for three years and I love it. It's my temporary fix until I am able to eat at break time.

I have multiple health issues, which impact my immune system, my energy & stamina, but Ensure helps me by improving my vitamin/mineral intake & it gives me a bit of a lift by helping to build up muscle strength & boosting my energy level every day, naturally without any of the stuff they put in those unnatural energy drinks. I just love Ensure & wouldn't start a day without it!

It’s delicious and gets me through to lunch. I started drinking Ensure after my back surgery. The visiting nurse recommended it because I didn’t have enough protein in my diet. That was almost ten years ago & I still drink it almost every day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure is my go to quick nutritional drink,im pre diabetic and i always carry a bottle with me,its quick and convenient,wards of hunger quickly,i varry it in my purse and when i dont have time to eat i drink one and it satisfies me until i can have a meal I also drink it with my dinner I love the new flavors,i havent tried the banana nut yet,not in my supermarket yet,as soon as i see it i will try I hope i win,thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dad will be 99 next week. At age 95 he took a fall. Although he recovered fairly well he did not regain his appetite and had swallowing issues. Without Ensure he could not have sufficient calories to survive. It is also thick enough that I do not have to add additional thickioner which he often dislikes. Thank you ensure for providing a safe drink for elderly individuals. He is not able to take the extra calorie due to the higher protein putting stress on his kidneys. Many of our older population have issues with high protein drinks and are not aware

But when my stomach problems and constant nausea became too strong to eat solid foods without instantly feeling worse, I started to drink these and was pleasantly surprised! The vanilla flavor tastes just like vanilla bean ice cream!
