I've tried a few other flavors and vanilla is my favorite but they're all good. It's great to have a variety of flavors so that I never get tired of them! They have helped me to maintain a good weight although I don't have a very good appetite.

Over the course of a year I regained almost half my weight loss. I now weigh more than when I went into the hospital. I especially like the Strawberry flavor. It helps keep his protein level up with the dialysis . It’s just very expensive. I would like to get him free ensure as he is 72 years old and doesn’t have enough money to drink this product as much as he should. He expresses that milk chocolate is his favorite ! She prefers it over other protein drinks because it is less sweet, she enjoys the flavor and it is easily digestible. It gives her important protein and calories since she doesn't have much of an appetite and many foods no longer agree with her. She also enjoys the dark chocolate flavor which we sometimes have trouble finding.
