No inside the box assembly instructions. Keter has assembly instructions online but my husband was putting it together so fast I didn't have time to get to them in time and we put it together wrong...now we have to try and take the box apart and I don't know if we can do that without tearing it up. Looks like it will be a well built box if we can do that. I would highly recommend getting your instructions printed before you put it together.

I purchased this item 3 weeks ago. It arrived missing the hardware. I called the Keter customer service number and was told that the missing parts would arrive in 10 business days. I called today to follow up, and they have no record of my call. I had to resubmit my information and have yet to receive a response. I'm very disappointed in the poor customer service that I have received, and the issue has still not been resolved.

I purchased the Keter 250 gal deck box and it was super easy to put together and the directions were excellent. The reason I gave my review 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a few broken pieces, namely 1 corner was severely cracked and the back panel was split. I still put it together and will fix the broken pieces with waterproof glue. Looking back I should have purchased it in-store and picked out a box that had no dents or rips. Oh well, sometimes pickup works and sometimes it doesn't.

We bought this a couple of months ago and all the hardware was missing. There was an insert saying don't take it back to the store but to call their number. My husband called twice now and the second time the person said, they had no record of the first call or it being shipped. Both times they said 7 to 10 days and now we are over 20 days since the second call and still nothing. This has been sitting in the middle of our living room. At this point it will have to be returned as I am not waiting any longer for this freakin hardware. Bad customer service!

We are pleased with the finish and quality of the product. The only downside the packaging didn't have any assembly instructions with it. I went to the company's website and there weren't any there for this product. Thankfully, I found a YouTube video that another customer had posted of them putting one together. Once I watched the video it was a very quick and simple assembly process.

I got this box and its huge, I missed where it said to not put to much weight n it. I put to much, and the sides bowed out. . very light weight box . My bad I didnt think of it not holding weight.. nice extra large box if used correctly.. ery simple to assemble. 3 stars because no clarity on how much weight it holds. Its going in the trash

It's a BIG box, bigger than we expected but almost fits all of our cushions. I saw another person comment about adding weather stripping at the top near the lid. I did the same and even in windy rain, it stayed dry. I'm glad I added that stripping. Another review mentioned caulking the bottom. There wasn't much light coming thru the bottom but I still caulked it a little in each corner. Still trying to figure out the best place for it on our patio, buts so far working great after three weeks.

I absolutely love this storage box. I was concerned about fitting my umbrella to my outside table in there but thankfully it did fit. There is plenty of storage for about anything you need to place in there. Another perk was after the rain everything was dry, so no leaks. It was easy to assemble but I would say getting to the end o assembly you should have 2 people.

We ordered this online. When we took it out of the box, there were a few places inside that were broken but they won't show and aren't going to affect the appearance or function. The face of the lid however was bent and warped where the locking mechanism should go. This was definitely noticeable but still functional. My husband took a heat gun and softened the plastic so we could clamp a straight edge to remould it and it's okay now. It's a nice, big sturdy box though!

The container was big which is what I wanted. I also read some reviews that said it’s pretty flimsy so I expected that. What I was Not happy with is NOT getting any instructions on how to build it. Going to YouTube to see if I can get help that way. There’s other videos of people who got the same container with no directions. The videos on YouTube weren’t too help so just kind of threw it all together. Lots of extra pieces since it’s not put together correctly. I do not recommend for those reasons. There was also a part that was broken, there was 4 of these bar things and one of them was missing the end like the other 3, it was like the mold ran out of plastic and didn’t complete it. Like I previously mentioned, I just used the 3 that weren’t broken so I didn’t use the one that was it’s just missing it in it.
