This box is a lifesaver. I bought it even before we finished the deck remodeling. It was time to remove old pressure treated boards and replace it with the composite decking. This summer weather is unpredictable - rains almost every day. At the end of the day my handyman had to carry his tools 100'+ uphill to the shed. Since I bought this Keter 230 Gal. XXL Deck Box he keeps on thanking me every day about how big and convenient this box is. Now he can store all his tools just feet away from the work area. Almost $200 after taxes isn't that cheap, but from the day one we are benefiting from having it. I would strongly recommend for anyone who has a deck or patio you would definitely have some stuff that needs to be either just stored or put out of the way to keep place organized. This box is a lifesaver.

Great deck box to fit outdoor cushions and pool floats. Looks great and good value for the price. Directions were a bit confusing, but once it was put together I was very happy with it

Went together pretty well for an older lady with arthritic hands! I am thrilled with the size as it holds all of my patio cushions as I had hoped! I originally had them all in 3 different storage bags and it was a real pain getting them in and out of the shed when I wanted them. The deck box fit perfectly in the space I had intended. Very sturdy and has kept the rain out so no moisture inside. Am anxious to see how it fairs over the winter. I'm super satisfied and thrilled with this purchase!

This deck box is great for my chicken feed and supplies! It is the perfect size and keeps everything dry and in close proximity to the coop. My husband and I put it together very quickly as everything was packaged nicely and labeled. We may order another for pool supplies.

This is a biiig box. Not hard to put together other than the internal corner braces. My suggestion is use a magnetized screwdriver if you have large fingers. All pieces fit together properly. We are using it to store firewood indoors so we don’t have to go on a trek to get it in bad weather. It is plenty big and strong enough for that purpose. And the guy at Sam’s loaded it up for us so that was a huge plus. I would buy this again, and may for outdoor uses.

Needed to keep my patio cushions dry and this does the trick. Very large even have some left over room for our spa chemicals. Instructions included were for another box completely but a quick call to a super nice customer service person and she emailed us the right ones.

This was the second box I purchased. It is great for what I planned to use it for, which was pool floats, etc. I'm curious as to how long it will hold up to Florida sun by the pool. Easy to put together by yourself. My only complaint is there is no crossbar, etc. on the interior side corners near the base to hold it in place. There are on the upper sides. When I dragged it 30 feet across the concrete to relocate it, the bottom side started to pull loose because there is reinforcement. It would seem since they reinforced it near the top, they would do so at the base also. I had to stop to push it back together. Since I don't ever plan to move it again, that's not a deal breaker. My suggestion is to get a second person when moving it and just pick it up. This box is very large and will easily hold many patio cushions. and then some. Side note, If you have short arms you may not be able to reach the bottom deck floor. I'd suggest if you have small items that might fall to the bottom to put them in a milk crate/box, or similar, inside the deck box. Then you'd easily reach the sides of a crate to full it out. Overall great box for its purpose.

Takes about an hour to assemble. Nice size and fairly sturdy construction. Mine is outside and exposed in backyard and it rained for two days after I installed. No water was inside the box! I gave four ⭐️ as the lock hasp is not very sturdy when using a padlock, it opens about 2” when locked!

Very affordable price but arrived with scrapes (on front side unfortunately). The hinge system is inadequately weak for regular use. Our biggest gripe is the lack of any instructions at all...nothing. None of the on-line content (text or video) related to this model and the smaller one assembles quite differently. I’m a General Contractor and fairly mechanically inclined. Assembly isn’t intuitive because, as with similar products, the order in which pieces snap together impacts the success of the outcome.

This item is one of those purchases that tells you not to reurn the item to the store if any part is broken or missing. They ask you to call the 800 number for Keter, and they will send a replacement piece. The box we ordered was missing all the hardware to include screws, nuts, and hinges. It has been over two months of numerous phone calls and emails and the missing items have not been replaced. Keter has stopped returning our calls and emails. We ARE returning the item to our local club and getting our money back. I strongly recommend that you not buy any item manufactured by Keter. I also question why Sam's Club cntinues to do business with a company that has such a poor record of customer service.
